A resort kitchen that happens to be open to everybody. The card is the same whether you are staying the week, here for the afternoon, or just driving past at nine at night.

The second multi-cuisine room, at ground level with its own entrance off the parade. Walk in off the road — you do not have to come through reception.

Open-air, under a lit canopy, with the Devanahalli sky doing most of the work. Same card as downstairs. Ask for it when you arrive rather than assuming it.

A full counter, booths around it, and whatever is on. Snacks card, and drinks charged as you order them.

The kitchen takes its last order at half ten. If you are landing late, this is the table that is still there.
The card is also served at the poolside lounge through the day. We have not photographed a laid table there yet, so you will have to take that one on trust until we have.
A hundred dishes needs a real kitchen
A card this wide is a promise about the kitchen behind it, not about the printer. Ours is a full commercial line — extraction, a live wok station, cold and dry stores, and a brigade that preps the same morning it serves.
It is the same kitchen that plates a two-hundred-and-fifty-cover day outing and a wedding on the lawn, which is the real reason the à la carte card does not shrink when the property is busy. Ask for a dish at nine at night and it gets cooked, not reheated.
The bar bills
what you drank
Liquor is charged per consumption, on your bill, at the bar. There is no drinks package on any of our packages — not on the day outing, not on a buffet, not on a wedding. A table of ten pays for what the table of ten opened.
That usually works out better than the alternative, and it is also the reason outside liquor is not permitted anywhere on the property. The counter stocks what most groups ask for; if there is something specific you want on the table, say so in advance.

Birthdays, engagements,
the small ones
Not every celebration wants a lawn and three hundred people. For twenty guests and up we lay and staff a private section of the restaurant and put a buffet on it — which is the right shape for a birthday, an engagement, a naming, a retirement, or a family that has simply not all been in one room for a while.
Below twenty it is not worth your money: order à la carte instead, and call ahead so the kitchen has your order before you arrive. We will say so rather than sell you the package.

We would rather this list existed than have you discover any of it on the day. The cake line in particular catches people out: order it from us and it is fine, carry it in and it is not.
The restaurant
Getting here
Twenty-five minutes from Kempegowda International Airport, on the Budigere side of Devanahalli. If you are on a long layover, a meal here and back is comfortably inside it.

Asked before
Do I have to be staying here to eat?
No. Both restaurants are à la carte with no minimum and no room booking required — the parade entrance is at ground level and you can walk straight in off the road. Plenty of our covers on a given evening are people who drove out from the city for dinner and drove home again.
What are the timings?
8:00 am – 10:30 pm, Monday to Sunday. Breakfast runs from eight, the full card is available through the day, and the kitchen takes its last order at half past ten.
Is the menu vegetarian or non-vegetarian?
Both, properly. 63 of the 106 dishes on the card are vegetarian, including every breakfast item and the whole beverage list. Use the veg and non-veg filters above the menu to read only one side of it. Egg dishes are marked non-vegetarian here, which is the stricter reading of the two.
Can you do a birthday, an engagement or a small gathering?
Yes, and it is one of the things this side of the property is busiest with. A private buffet runs ₹950 to ₹1,000 per guest including a welcome drink, for twenty guests and up. You get your own laid and staffed section of the restaurant rather than a table pushed against another table.
What if we are fewer than twenty?
Then the buffet rate does not apply and you are better off à la carte, which for a small group usually comes out cheaper anyway. Call ahead and we will take a pre-order so the food lands when you do instead of forty minutes later.
How is liquor charged?
Per consumption, at the bar, on your bill. There is no drinks package and nothing is bundled into a per-head figure, so a table of ten pays for what the table of ten drank. Outside liquor is not permitted anywhere on the property.
Can we bring a cake, or order something not on the menu?
Custom and advance orders are possible with notice — a specific cake, a themed spread, a regional menu. Outside food including cake is not permitted, so the honest version is: tell us early and we will make it, rather than bring it. Some specialty items are sourced from Bangalore and cannot be done same-day, so a week is a comfortable amount of warning and a day is not.
Is there a bar with the match on?
Yes — the sports bar, with a full counter and booth seating around it. The LED dance floor in the same room is a different matter: it is held for private evening bookings and corporate nights, not switched on because a table asked. If you want one, ask about a private evening and we will quote it.
Is breakfast included if we are staying?
Yes, complimentary with every room category. The breakfast section of the card below is what non-resident guests order from, and what you would order from if you wanted a second paratha.
Are the menu prices final?
The prices on the card are the à la carte prices as printed, with taxes as applicable added on the bill. Nothing else is stacked on top — there is no cover charge and no service charge on an à la carte table.
