One price · One property · 25 minutes from the airport
Most venues near the airport are a conference room bolted onto a business hotel. This is a resort that happens to be twenty-five minutes from Kempegowda International. Sessions in the morning, the pool and the sports bar in the afternoon, a proper cocktail dinner to close it — one number covers all three.
Rooms included
No hall rental
Every meal
Dance floor
Per person, per 24-hour cycle
Room, meeting space and every meal, inside the one figure. GST applies at prevailing rates. The bar is charged per consumption, so nobody pays for drinks the team did not have.
Not every venue bills this way. But every extra sheet in that folder is another number you have to defend.
What it is here
Two variables and one rate. That is the whole commercial model — which is why it fits in one line of a mail.
Put your headcount in. It does the arithmetic, then writes the summary for the approval mail — copy it straight off the page.
Estimate
₹5,000 per person
Before GST, which applies at prevailing rates. The bar is charged per consumption on the night.
For the approval mail
Set the headcount and the format above, and the summary for your approval mail is written here — the basis of the rate, the total before GST, what the figure covers and what sits outside it. Then copy it straight out of the page.
A hotel sells you a night and decides when it starts. This starts when your group arrives. Three shapes it usually takes.
For a session that has to start sharp
For a one-night, one-full-day offsite
For a half-and-half agenda
Which meals fall inside your cycle depends on where you start it. Send the arrival time with the headcount and the meal sequence goes into the quote.
This list exists so none of it reaches you as a surprise on the invoice. If any of it changes how you have to budget, say so.
The numbers for the spreadsheet. Layout — theatre, U-shape, rounds, clusters — is set per booking, so send the format you need with the headcount.
On AV: there is a projector and screen. Anything beyond that — a mic count, a hybrid link, a trainer’s own kit — put on the brief and get confirmed in the quote rather than assumed.
Whole company, one room
Plenary in the hall, dinner on the lawn, dance floor after.
Grand banquet hall or the lawn

One cycle. In the evening before, out after lunch.
Conference room or board room

Cycles back to back, a second room for breakouts.
Conference room plus mini banquet hall
Teams that have only met on a call
Rope course, tower, games hall, pool — all inside the rate.
Lawn and the adventure zone
Regional teams flying in
They land and are in the room the same day.
Grand banquet hall, breakouts alongside
External guests, no overnight
Sessions, lunch, the property for the afternoon. No rooms.
Quoted on your brief
The commercial case gets it approved. This is the part that decides whether anyone thanks you for it. A corporate booking gets the whole property — including the dance floor, which the day package does not.
And none of it is a separate activity vendor to brief and reconcile. It is all inside the rate, so the afternoon of your agenda can be left genuinely open.
Rooms are inside the per-person rate. These are the three categories, and breakfast is complimentary with every one.
Twin or king. The usual choice for a team.
Sleeps four. Double-height living room.
Twenty-five minutes from Kempegowda International Airport. For a group flying in from other offices that is the whole argument: they land and are in the room the same day.
Driving from the office? Send the pickup points and your session start time, and the coach timings get worked back from that.
An offsite rarely falls over on the venue. It falls over on a quote that will not clear procurement. Here is the paperwork to get, and what to ask for.
All of that is set against your actual dates and headcount, which is why none of it is printed here as a number. A figure published now and revised on your booking is worse than no figure — you would already have put it in a mail.
Per person, on a 24-hour cycle rather than a hotel check-in window. It covers the room, the meeting space and every meal in that cycle. GST applies at prevailing rates on top.
The clock starts when your group arrives, not at a fixed check-in hour. So an early-morning session does not cost you an extra night to protect it.
No. There is no hall rental charge on the corporate package — the space is inside the per-person rate. On non-package bookings of the hall, only the food is billed.
Included: welcome drink, morning tea with cookies, lunch, high tea, and a cocktail dinner from 7:30 PM. Only the bar is separate.
No — outside liquor and food are not permitted. The bar is on site and charged per consumption, so you pay for what is actually drunk.
Yes. It is quoted against your brief rather than from a published rate, so send the date, headcount and the hours you need.
Send the headcount and we will tell you which space fits it. For a small group a board room beats a banquet hall, and we would rather say so.
800 in the grand banquet hall, 150 in the mini hall across 4,500 sq ft, and 1,000 on the lawn across 20,000 sq ft. Above that, groups are split across the lawn and a hall.
Yes. The LED floor is held for corporate and private evening events — it is specifically not part of the day-outing package.
Twenty-five minutes from Kempegowda International Airport. Pickup and drop are available on request — send the flights and transfers are quoted with your proposal.
Yes. Ask for it on letterhead and the inclusions are listed line by line with GST details. Payment schedule and cancellation terms are set per booking — get them in writing first.
No. Say so with the headcount. The package menu is pre-set to hold the price at one number, but it flexes for dietary requirements and for larger groups.
Send a date and a headcount. You will get a number back.
