How the day

Nothing here is rigid — it is your day, and most groups drift through it in their own order. But this is the shape of it, and the two fixed points are lunch and high tea, because the kitchen cooks to them.
If your group wants the timings moved, say so when you book. For anything above about a hundred people we will want that conversation anyway.

We would rather this list existed than have you find any of it out at the gate. If something on it matters to your group, tell us and we will price the day around it.
Lunch is not an afterthought
Most day packages treat food as the thing that stops people complaining. A full spread, veg and non-veg both, cooked on the day in a kitchen built to execute a menu rather than reheat one — and a high tea in the afternoon with actual snacks, not a biscuit next to a flask.
The menu is pre-decided for the package, which is what keeps the price at one number. For larger groups it flexes: tell us the headcount, and if there are dietary requirements or a regional preference in the group, tell us that too and we will build around it.

That is not a capacity figure off a brochure — it is a booking we have actually run, at this exact rate. Between two hundred and fifty and two hundred and seventy people, one day, one price a head.
So if you are the person in the group chat who has been asked to “find somewhere”, the honest answer is that the headcount is very unlikely to be the problem. Send it over with a date and you will get one number back.

Tell us how many, what date, and whether anyone needs the timings shifted. For a hundred or more we will talk it through properly before confirming, so the kitchen and the day both work.

Is ₹1,350 really all of it?
Per person, plus 18% GST, so ₹1,593 a head. That covers the welcome drink, lunch, high tea and every amenity listed above with no add-ons stacked on top. The only things you can spend more on are liquor at the bar and breakfast if you want it.
How large a group can you take?
We have hosted 250 to 270 people on this package. Tell us the headcount and the menu flexes to it — above about a hundred we will want to talk it through rather than just take the booking, purely so the kitchen and the timings are right on the day.
Is there a dance floor?
Not on the day package. The LED dance floor is held for private evening events — bachelor parties, celebrations, corporate nights. If you want one, ask us about an evening booking instead and we will quote it properly.
Can we bring our own food or drink?
No, outside food and liquor are not permitted. The bar stocks what most groups ask for and you are charged per consumption rather than on a package, which usually works out better than paying for bottles nobody opens.
Is breakfast included?
No — the day starts at ten, after most people have eaten. If your group is arriving early and wants it, ask when you book and we will price it in.
What happens if it rains?
The games hall, the sports bar and both restaurants are all under a roof, and the rain dance stops being ironic. The rope course closes if it is genuinely unsafe, which is the only thing weather takes off the list.
Can we stay the night instead of driving back?
Yes, and plenty of groups do. Rooms start at ₹3,500 + 5% GST with breakfast included. Mention it when you enquire about the day package and we will quote both together.
How far is it from the city?
Twenty-five minutes from Kempegowda International Airport, on the Budigere side of Devanahalli. It is the whole point of the package — you get a full day away without losing half of it to the drive.
