Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or booking accommodations and services at Sree Raaga Resort, guests agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all bookings, stays, and use of the resort’s facilities.

1. Booking & Confirmation
  • All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and issuance of a confirmation from the resort.
  • The resort reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in case of incorrect information, payment failure, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Check-in & Check-out
  • Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
  • Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
  • Valid government-issued photo identification is mandatory for all guests at check-in.
3. Guest Conduct & Resort Policy
  • Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect other guests, staff, and resort property.
  • Any behavior causing disturbance, damage, or violation of local laws may result in immediate eviction without refund.
  • The resort reserves the right to deny accommodation to guests not complying with these terms.
4. Use of Facilities
  • Resort amenities are to be used at guests’ own risk and in accordance with posted guidelines.
  • Children must be supervised by parents or guardians at all times, especially near the swimming pool and outdoor areas.
  • The resort is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings within the premises.
5. Damage & Liability
  • Any damage to rooms, furniture, fixtures, or resort property caused by guests will be charged to the guest’s account.
  • Sree Raaga Resort is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal valuables unless deposited with management for safekeeping.
6. Force Majeure

The resort shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its control, including natural calamities, government restrictions, strikes, or emergencies.

7. Amendments
  • Sree Raaga Resort reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Updated terms will be effective immediately upon publication.
8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Karnataka.

Sree Raaga Resorts shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website, reliance on its content, or any booking made through it, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. The resort disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

 

Use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, which shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
