At Sree Raaga Resort, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy ensures transparency and fairness for all guests.
1. Cancellation by Guest
- Free Cancellation: Guests can cancel their booking up to 7 days prior to the check-in date for a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days prior to check-in will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to check-in or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment.
- The refund may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.
- Any bank charges or transaction fees are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation by Resort
- In rare cases where the resort needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (natural calamities, maintenance issues, or overbooking), guests will be offered a full refund or alternative accommodation, wherever feasible.
- The resort is not liable for any incidental or consequential losses arising from cancellations beyond its control.
4. Modifications & Date Changes
- Booking modifications, such as change of date or room type, are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
- Requests for modifications should be made at least 5 days prior to the original check-in date.
5. Special Packages & Offers
- Bookings made under promotional packages, festival offers, or non-refundable deals are subject to specific terms mentioned at the time of booking.
- Such bookings may not be eligible for full refunds.
6. Force Majeure
No refunds will be provided for cancellations caused by events outside the resort’s control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or travel advisories.
